Bubigames Digital Technologies Inc. (“Bubi Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a game studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you play our games — including Wand Clash — visit bubigames.com, or otherwise interact with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information you provide directly

• Account or player identifiers (e.g. in‑game display name, avatar, clan/team membership).
• Contact information, such as your email address, when you reach out to support, apply for a job, or otherwise contact us.
• Content you create or share in-game, such as chat messages, clan names, or user-generated content.

b. Information collected automatically

• Device information (device model, operating system, unique device and advertising identifiers, language, and locale).
• Gameplay data (progress, session length, in-game events, match results, and settings).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address or app store region (used for language and store settings, not precise GPS location).
• Log and diagnostic data, including crash reports and performance data.

c. Information from third parties

• If you sign in via Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, we receive a player identifier and basic profile information from that platform.
• Transaction confirmations from Apple App Store and Google Play when you make an in-app purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — these are processed directly by Apple and Google.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our games and related features (matchmaking, progression, clans, leaderboards).
• Process in-app purchases and deliver purchased content.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve gameplay, balance, and performance.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues, and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
• Communicate with you about updates, support requests, or policy changes.
• Personalize content and, where applicable, show relevant advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate and improve our Services. Depending on the game and platform, these may include:

• Analytics and crash reporting providers, to understand gameplay patterns and diagnose issues.
• Advertising and attribution partners, to measure install sources and, where ads are shown, deliver and measure advertising.
• Cloud hosting and backend providers, to store game data and enable online features.
• Platform services such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services, and app store billing systems for in-app purchases.

These providers may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. We only share the information necessary for them to perform their services and require that they handle it responsibly. We do not sell your personal information.

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age without appropriate parental consent. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
